Our referral scheme is simple, we give our referral agents two options. 1) We will give £150 for every hospital doctor referred, provided they work 120 hours with us. 2) Likewise if the doctor referred gets booked with us, rather than giving a lump sum we offer £2 an hour for every hour the doctor works with us (you get paid from the very first hour the doctor works with us). If the doctor is booked for a month’s locum than you will earn between £320 per month. It’s easy money.
