PAY RATE We at Instant Medical Locums pride ourselves on our ability to be excellent negotiators on behalf our doctors thus agreeing the highest locum pay rates around. Our locum doctors are asked by our experienced recruiters as to what pay rates they require. We than work towards achieving a pay rate which is above their required hourly pay rate. Instant Medical Locums is committed to give to it's doctors what they deserve and we would go that one step further to make them happy. As we do not have set rates, below are examples of rates we have been paying our doctors. House Officer (HO) / FY1 +FY2 £30.00 - £35.00 per hour RMO £38.00 - £44.00 per hour Senior House Officer (SHO) / ST1 + ST2 £41.00 - £50.00 per hour Specialist Registrar (SPR) / STR £49.00 - £62.00 per hour Staff Grade (SG) £51.00 - £64.00 per hour Associate Specialist (ASS) £57.00 - £66.00 per hour Consultant (CON) £93.00 - £105 per hour
